We are happy to accept returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no long required but these returns should be cleared with Vanpoulles BEFORE RETURN (at your expense). Items must be returned in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We also reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty, correctly supplied goods.
Damaged or unsatisfactory goods - Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or claims will not be allowed (carrier terms). Please keep all packaging for inspection in case of damage. We will be happy to reimburse return carriage costs in cases where the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. However please confirm to us your intention to return goods BEFORE SENDING, as in many cases we can arrange for collection of the item(s) by our carrier, who will return the goods to us. Please note that unsatisfactory goods must be returned before credit can be allowed.
Please include your account details and invoice or delivery note numbers in the parcel, as well as a note stating the reason for the return.
