Prices are net and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
Orders placed on our website are held on our system ready for processing by our sales department during normal working hours. All credit and debit card details submitted are held, in encrypted form, on a secure server by our web hosts, Digital Ink (Solutions) Ltd, are accessed securely by our sales department and are subsequently erased once your order has been processed. Your card will not be debited until your goods are about to be despatched, except by prior agreement.
Carriage will be charged at the rate of 10% of the order value (inc. VAT) with a minimum charge of £3.50 and a maximum charge of £8.00 for parcels up to 30kgs. (For offshore deliveries by carrier the minimum carriage charge is £19.00.) For heavier or bulky items carriage will be charged at cost, with a minimum charge of £36.00. We will always confirm the exact delivery charge to you before despatch.
Carriage on all orders for wine will be charged at £15.00 per order for despatches to UK Mainland addresses.
Delivery is FREE on all candle orders dispatched to the UK mainland on orders of over £150.00 (inc. VAT). For orders under £150.00 (inc. VAT) value carriage will be charged at £8.00 per order
Orders despatched to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland & Northern Ireland will incur higher delivery charges (minimum £15.00 per parcel). Confirmation of the carriage charge will always be advised before despatch.
Carriage is charged at cost. We will be pleased to provide a quotation prior to despatch of the order.
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or claims will not be allowed (carrier terms). Please keep all packaging for inspection in cases of damage.
Unsatisfactory goods must be returned before credit can be allowed.
We will be happy to reimburse return carriage costs in cases where the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. However please confirm to us your intention to return goods before sending, as in many cases we can arrange for collection of the item from you, by our carrier, who will return the goods to us.
Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be cleared with Vanpoulles before return (at your expense). Items must be returned in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We also reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty, correctly supplied goods.
Please include your account and invoice or delivery note numbers in the parcel,as well as a note stating the reason for the return.
Our friendly sales team are on hand for help and advice on any purchase or prospective purchase you may be looking to make and will be happy to answer any queries that you may have. They will also be pleased to advise on current stock availability of all our products. And remember if you do not see what you are looking for, please ask as we may be able to obtain the item for you.
In the unlikely event thay you are not entirely happy with your purchase for whatever reason and as long as you have advised us within 7 days of receipt, we will be happy to supply you with either a replacement item, a credit note or a refund on receiving the returned goods back in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. The only exceptions to this are for `special' items made to customers own specifications and fabric cut-lengths both of which are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE.
