Vanpoulles is committed to fully protecting your privacy. Our policy applies to you if you use our products or services in store, over the phone or online.
This website contains several forms and checkout pages which gather contact information (name, address, email address, phone number and other relevant contact information). This is used for a variety of different purposes:
1) For payment and delivery of items purchased in the online shop.
2) For subscribing to our occasional newsletters.
3) For responding to queries via our contact forms.
When selling products on the Internet, this website gathers/stores the minimum information from the customer which is required for a credit card or credit account transaction. This information is only ever used for your purchase and is stored on our UK-based servers. It is not passed on to other parties. We do not have access to or store your credit card information as this is processed on the secure payment gateway (SagePay). Apart from the newsletter sign up, all forms have a tick box allowing you to also opt-in to our email newsletter which will allow us to send you occasional emails with news on upcoming product announcements, sales and special offers. You will not be contacted by us if you chose to opt-out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Your privacy is important to us, we do not pass your information on to third parties.
If you wish to remove yourself from our databases we can do this providing there are no sales transactions on the system as this is covered under the "legitimate interest" category and is required for the submission of accounts to HMRC. We can, however, remove you if you have simply filled in a contact form or newsletter subscription.
